Meijie Jewelry Return and Exchange Agreement

I. General Provisions

Meijie Jewelry (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”) has formulated this Return and Exchange Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) to ensure the rights and interests of customers. This Agreement is intended to clarify the return and exchange rights and related conditions enjoyed by customers after purchasing the Company’s jewelry products. Please read this Agreement carefully before purchasing to ensure that your rights and interests are fully protected.

II. Return and Exchange Conditions

Quality Issues: If the jewelry products you received have quality problems (such as defects, damage, not consistent with the description, etc.), you have the right to request a return or exchange. In this case, the Company will bear all costs incurred by the return or exchange.

3. Return and Exchange Process

Apply for return and exchange: You need to submit a return and exchange application through our customer service hotline or official website, and provide relevant order information, product photos and problem description.
Review application: Our company will review the application within 24 hours after receiving it and inform you of the review results. If the review is passed, we will provide a detailed return and exchange address and precautions.
Send back the product: You need to send the product back according to the address and precautions provided by our company. Please ensure that the product packaging is intact, unworn, undamaged, and attach relevant return and exchange certificates.
Processing return and exchange: Our company will inspect the returned product within 3 working days after receiving it. If the product meets the return and exchange conditions, we will handle the refund or exchange procedures according to your requirements.

4. Refund method

Original refund: If you choose a refund, our company will return the money to your original payment account according to the payment method you used when purchasing. The refund time may vary depending on the payment platform, so please wait patiently.
Exchange: If you choose to exchange, our company will replace the appropriate jewelry product for you according to your requirements. The shipping cost of the exchange shall be borne by our company (except for non-quality issues).

Return and Exchange Period: Please make sure to apply for return and exchange within 7 days after receiving the product. Late applications will not be accepted.
Product Protection: During the return and exchange process, please make sure to keep the product in its original packaging, unworn, and undamaged. If the product is damaged due to your reasons, the company will not bear any responsibility.

7. Supplementary Provisions

This agreement shall take effect from the date of publication and replace all previous versions of the return and exchange agreement.
The right of interpretation of this agreement belongs to Meijie Jewelry. If there are any modifications or supplements, the company will announce them through the official website or relevant channels.
